Walsin Lihwa has developed high brightness, high reliability, high ESD withstand level and longer life LED chips and wafers for 20~350mA white LED products. The products are suitable for solid-state lighting, LCD backlighting and consumer electronics applications.

Walsin Lihwa produces LED EPI wafers & Chips. Applications of Walsin Lihwa LED products range from cell-phone, camera, LCD back lighting, automotive lighting, interior and exterior lighting, outdoor/indoor displays and various consumer products.

• LED EPI Wafer:
  2" and 4" PSS sapphire-based high brightness LED epi wafers.
  
• LED Chip:
  From power consumption less than 0.1 watt small-sized chips, to 0.3~0.5~1 watt high power LED chips, suitable for applications for LED backlight, LED street light, LED indoor lighting and other consumer electronics with white LEDs.
